1.                Mr. Nihal singh, Advocate learned counsel for Mr. Munish Gupta, Advocate has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

2.                In pursuance of respective statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.

3.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
