Complainant and one Madhu K.N. the Manager of Nokia Care Centre, Malleshwaram Ist Cross, Bangalore are present and both submitted that the matter is settled amicably between them in which the complainant has agreed to receive Rs.16,035/- towards full satisfaction of the claim made in this complaint from Op No.2 and that Op No.2 has agreed to either to tender a cheque or DD for that amount in favour of the complainant.   The complainant on receipt of DD or Cheque amount, complainant to return the old mobile set with accessories to the Op No.2. With this, we pass the following order.

                                     O R D E R

        Complaint is allowed in terms of the settlement submitted as above.

        Op No.2 shall pay Rs.16,035/- to the complainant towards repayment of the cost of mobile set within 7 days from today.  Failing which, Op No.2 shall pay interest @ 12% p.a from the date of this order till the date of payment.

        Complainant shall return the old mobile set with accessories on receipt of the amount as ordered.  

        Under the circumstances, both parties are directed to bear their own cost.
