Present:        Sh.Y.S.Dalal, Advocate for the applicant.

                        An application has been filed by the applicant/JD No.2 for review of order dated 01.09.2016 of this Commission.

                        Heard. Perusal of the record reveals that the order was passed by this Commission on 01.09.2016 and at that time Consumer Protection Act 1986 was applicable and there is no provision under Consumer Protection Act 1986 to review its own order.Moreover, as per provisions of Section 40 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 (35 of 2019), “The District Commission shall have the power to review any of the order passed by it if there is an error apparent on the face of the record, either of its own motion or on an application made by any of the parties within thirty days of such order. Perusal of the order dated 01.09.2016 reveals that there is no error apparent on the fact of the record. As such present application is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed accordingly.

                        Copy of this order be supplied to the applicant free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
