Appellant Nos.1 and 2 and respondents have arrived at amicable settlement and have taken the matter on board. Appellants and respondents have also filed joint pursis signed by appellant Nos.1 and 2 as well as respondent Nos.1, 2 and 2(a). Accordingly the matter is taken on board. Joint pursis is duly signed by the appellant Nos.1 and 2 as well as respondents Nos.1, 2 and 2(a). Appellants have also sought permission to withdraw the present appeal in terms of joint pursis on record. As such contents of the pursis are duly verified by parties and learned advocates of both parties. As such appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal in terms of joint pursis on record. Appeal is disposed of and treated as withdrawn. Refund is allowed as per the terms of joint pursis on record.
