ORDER

During the pendency of this Appeal, the Parties have settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 22.10.2014.  Learned Counsel for the Parties affirm the terms of settlement and submit that the same may be taken on record.  Accordingly, the Settlement Deed is taken on record and the Appeal is disposed of in terms thereof.

               Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that the Demand Draft in terms of the settlement has been handed over to the Complainant who is present in court and identified by his Counsel.

               Appeal stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
