Final Order / Judgement

Shri Sandeep, opposite party appeared in person and made a statement that he has given three albums, one pen drive of 32GB to complainant and also received Rs.50,000/- from complainant through Online and no dues are pending.

Complainant also made a statement that he received three albums, one pen drive of 32GB from Op and made the payment of Rs.50,000/- to OP through Online. He further stated that he does not want to pursue the present case further and withdraws the same.

Heard.

Keeping in view the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
