Present application has been moved by applicants/appellants in Appeal No. 582/2015 Superintendent of Post Offices, Etawah and others V/s Sandeep Kumar Pathak for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellants under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 04-12-2019 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been allowed. The impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been set aside.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be refunded to the appellants alongwith interest, if any, accrued in accordance with rules.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
