None appears for the parties. On the earlier dates also viz. 29.04.2024, 15.12.2023, the Appellant was absent even on 03.01.2024, Appellant was represented through a proxy counsel. Despite order dated 03.01.2024, Appellant has not filed fresh address of the Respondent to enable service notice. Proof of dasti service was also not filed by Appellant and he was directed to do so before the next date of hearing which has not been done. Accordingly, First Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
