The complaint was filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  The complainant and the opposite parties are absent, but represented.  A ‘joint settlement memo’ filed by the parties before the Commission on 13.06.2023, stating that the subject matter of the above case has been settled between the parties as per the terms and condition of the above joint settlement.

In view of the above, the complaint is closed as settled as per the terms and conditions of the ‘joint settlement memo’.
