Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.30,000/- as full and final settlement. The settlement amount has already been paid by the OP to the Complaint and same was confirmed by the Complainant also.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
