4. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Office at 20^th to 24^th floor, Two Horizon Centre Gold Course Road, Sector-43, DLF Ph-V, Harijan Colony Gurugram(Haryana) through its Manager.

                   Opposite parties no.1 to 3 already exparte.

                   Ld. Counsel for the opposite party no.4 made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant for Rs.42,500 only(Rs.Fourty two thousand five hundred only) and they will make the payment within 60 days after depositing the mobile handset alongwith accessories to the company by the complainant, which should not be damaged and liquefied.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly. He also submitted that he has already deposited the old handset in Service Centre Bhiwani. 

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of being settled, with direction to the opposite party no.4 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.42,500 only(Rs.Fourty two thousand five hundred only) to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 2.3.2022 till its realization. The old handset is already deposited by the complainant at Service Centre Bhiwani. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
