The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party 4 is represented. The complainant is absent continuously. The address of the opposite parties 1 to 3 is not furnished by the complainant so far.
The Commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and to furnish the correct address of the opposite parties 1 to 3. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite parties 1 to 3. There is no merit to proceed further since service of notice of all the opposite parties are necessary. Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
