ORDER

This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
- This is a complaint filed by the complainant alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties in providing after sale service in respect of the Mobile Phone purchased by the complainant from the opposite parties. The opposite parties entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations of deficiency in service raised by the complainant against them.
- When the case came up for hearing today for further proceedings, the complainant submitted that dispute between the complainant and that opposite parties were amicably settled out of Court. It is further submitted that a memo to that effect has been filed before this Commission. The memo of settlement is accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.
- In the result the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
