Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 has suffered the statement that a settlement has took place on 21.1.2022 and as per settlement it is agreed that the opposite party No. 1 will pay an amount of Rs. 98,500/- to the complainant and the complainant will return the mobile set without any further damage alongwith its accessories to the opposite party No. 1 at the time of receiving the above said amount from the opposite party No. 1. The opposite party No. 1 will pay the amount to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. On the oher hand, Ld. Counsel for complainant has also suffered the statement that I agree with the abvoe said statement of and in view of the statement, I withdraw the present complaint. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
