                Statements of both the parties recorded separately.  Statement of ld. Counsel for the Op No.1 recorded to the effect that both the parties have reached at compromise and according to compromise, they are ready to pay the bill amount of Rs.74,999/- to the complainant with the condition that the said mobile should not be water logged and also not in broken condition and the complainant should also deposit the old handset with accessories in the service-centre.  Statement of complainant recorded to the effect that in view of statement of ld. Counsel for the Op No.1, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further.  In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
