     M/s Micro Agro Chemicals, Sullar Road, Village Ballana, Tehsil and District Ambala,   through its Proprietor Shri Pritpal Singh son of Shri Narinder Singh.

     1.       Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. DLF Building, Sansad Marg Janpath,                 Canuoght Place, New Delhi, through its General Manager.

     2.       Mittal Mega Mart, Property No.163 c6u 779, manav Chowk, Near HDFC Bank,      Ambala City through its Proprietor.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Shri Rajeev Sachdeva, Advocate has put an appearance on behalf of OP No.1, by filing power of attorney. Learned counsel for the OP No.1 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties, as per settlement, OP No.1 is ready to pay invoice amount of Rs.37,000/-, within 45 days, subject to return of LED in question. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement and agrees with the same, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements.  Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
