CC No.228 of 2021.

Gaurav Verma Versus Samsung India.

 

Present:      Complainant with Shri Sanjay Dhiman, Advocate.

                   Shri Sumit Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No.1.

                   (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondent No.2).

                   Respondent No.3 ex parte vide order dated 31.8.2021.

                   Shri Harvinder Aneja, Adv. for the respondent No.4.              

                                                                            

                   On the basis of joint application filed by the complainant as well as on behalf of respondent No.1, file taken up on today.

                  Parties have entered into amicably settlement. Statement of complainant as well as counsel for the respondent No.1 recorded. Without making any adverse comment against the respondent No.1, as the matter has amicably been settled, complaint is accepted against respondent No.1 only. Respondent No.1 will repair the mobile of the complainant, subject matter of bill Ex.C2, within the period of 30 days, from the date of order, free of costs, subject to deposit of mobile, by the complainant, with the respondent No.1. In case, during the course of repair of mobile, which is subject matter of complaint, any part is replaced with new one, then respondent No.1 will give warranty of replaced part, as per warranty policy of respondent No.1, if term and condition of warranty policy provides so. Complaint qua respondents No.3 & 4 is dismissed. File be consigned to records.
