Shashi Kumar, aged 44 years son of Shri Raj Kumar, resident of village Nanhera, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal.                                                          …………..Complainant.

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. A-25, Ground Floor, Front Tower, Mohan co-operative Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044 through its Managing Director.

2. M/s Telus Global Verifacts Solutions, Shop no.20,21,22, Asa Ram Market, Karnal-132001 (Authorized Service Providerof Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. through its prop/partner.

3. M/s Karnal Sales, authorized dealer, Old Char Chaman, Link Road, Karnal through its prop/partner.

Present:        Complainant in person with Shri P.K.Mandi Advocate.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for opposite parties.     

ORDER:

                    File taken up in Lok Adalat on the application of the complainant. Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate has appeared and filed power of attorney on behalf of the opposite party no.1 and made statement that the mobile became out of warranty as the same had broken and repair estimate of the same was of Rs.24,881/-, but a goodwill gesture the company has waived off the cost of repair and is ready to repair the mobile free of cost and extend the warranty for further period of one month. He further stated that the opposite party no.1 would repair the mobile free of cost within 10 days of the receipt of the copy of the order.

          Thereafter, the complainant also made statement for raising no objection to the statement of learned counsel of opposite party no.1 and he does not want to pursue with the complaint.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
