ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     E-mail received from counsel for complainant stating that he wish to withdraw the present case as it has been compromised/settled between all the parties. Contents of the e-mail confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
