AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 13.09.2024, ld.Counsel for the OP No.1 stated that that under the instruction of OP No.1 company, the OP No.1 Company made offer to the complainant to refund the invoice amount of Rs.57,000/- of the appliance (Refrigerator) in question to the complainant, subject to return of the appliance along with its accessories by the complainant, within 21 days from today-13.9.2024 and this will be towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint.

2]        Vide separate statement, the ld.Counsel for the complainant stated that he admits the aforesaid statement of the ld.Counsel for the OP No.1 and stated that the complaint be disposed of in the National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

3]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. OP No.1 company shall refund the invoice amount of Rs.57,000/- of the appliance (Refrigerator) in question to the complainant within 21 days calculated from 13.9.2024, failing which they shall be liable to refund the same along with interest @12% p.a. from 13.9.2024 till its actual realization.
2. The complainant is also directed to return the refrigerator along with its accessories to the OP Company on receipt of the said amount.

3]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
