Present:          Sh. Shubham Manchanda,  Adv. for complainant.

                        Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the opposite party No. 1.

                        Opposite party no. 2 and 3 already exparte.

                        Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.77,000/-(Rupees Seventy Seven Thousand only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 45 days. It is further submitted that the product should not be physical damage or liquefied. Complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                        Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

            In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off/settled with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.77,000/-(Rupees Seventy Seven Thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 13.06.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complainant is directed to return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment and the product should not be physical damage or liquefied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
