                   File put up before National Lok Adalat. Heard. Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 made a statement on dated 27.10.2022 that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.2600/-(Rupees twenty six hundred only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 60 days. It is further submitted that complainant must deposit his Bluetooth Samsung Level-U in service center of opposite party.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant also made a statement on that date that he agrees with the above statement and he will deposit his Bluetooth device with service center within 15 days. It is further submitted that he has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party No.1 is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.2600/-(Rupees twenty six hundred only) to the complainant within 60 days from today, failing which opposite party No.1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 12.11.2022 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being settled. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

          File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
