ORDER

     Counsel for OP No.2 has filed evidence by way of affidavit and given his no objection on the application itself for appointment of any independent electronic expert. Counsel for complainant has given the list of names of expert.

     At this stage, the complainant and OP No.1 have settled the matter. Counsel for complainant has placed on file copy of e-mail dated 14.07.2022 sent by the complainant with regard to settlement. Statements of counsel for OP No.1 and the counsel for complainant have been recorded separately, which shall be deemed to be a part this order and the parties shall be bound by the same. The complaint is disposed off in terms of settlement as fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
