Present:       Sh.Sameer Gambhir  Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.Kunal Juneja  Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                   Opposite party No.2 & 3 exparte.

                   File taken up today on the application of complainant.  Ld. Counsel for the opposite party made a statement that full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.14400/-. The alleged amount will be paid to the complainant within 60 days and the complainant has to return the mobile set in question to the company and the same should not be damaged or liquefied. 

                   On the other hand, ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and he has no objection to decide the case accordingly. The complainant has already given his mobile set to the company.

                   In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the opposite party to pay Rs.14400/-(Rupees fourteen thousand and four hundred only) to the complainant within 6o days, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. from date of decision i.e. 14.06.2021. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
