          The matter settled at the Lok Adalath organized by the District Legal Service Authority, Ernakulam at District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ernakulam on 07.12.2024.  The matter settled between the parties on condition that

the opposite party No.1 agreed to resolve the defect of the laptop free of cost by replacing the panel within 30 days’ time from today and also by paying a compensation of Rs.4000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) to the complainant.  The opposite party also agreed to grant warranty of 6 months from the date of repair. The above conditions shall also form a part of the final order.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this the 7^th day of December 2024.
