          Both the parties are present along with their conducting advocate. The Complainant Sri Pankaj Saha is present and a statement of account is filed along with the receipt.

From the statement of account, it appears that a sum of Rs. 55,711/- (fifty five thousand seven hudred and eleven) only was due from the end of the O.P. members towards the Complainant and the settled amount as mentioned above has been paid to the Complainant by the O.P. The Complainant also files a money receipt to that effect with his signature.

Thus, the matter is settled at Rs. 55,711/- (fifty five thousand seven hudred and eleven) only which is paid in full.

Thus, the case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
