2. Samsung Authorized service center, Karnal, shop no.20-21-22, asa ram market, Karnal.
3. Chhabra sales  corporation, DB-255, old char chaman, link road, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Both parties have made separate statements on dated 17.11.2022 that company is ready to repair the mobile of the complainant free cost within 30 days from the date of submission of the unit with authorized service centre.

                   In view of statement of the statement of the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties are bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
