Sandeep Kumar aged about 29 years son of Shri Dulla Ram resident of village Mohiudinpur, Tehsil and District Karnal. Aadhaar no.325851748.

1.     Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Registered Address: 6^th floor, DLF Center, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001, through its Manager.

2.     Deep Associates, authorized service Center of Samsung, situated shop no.20, 21, 22 Asa Ram Market, Karnal, through its authorized signatory.

3.     Gurukirpa Mobile Store, shop at 18/337, Char Chaman Market, Link Road, Karnal, District Karnal, through its authorized signatory.

Complaint Under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Shri Parhlad Chauhan, counsel for complainant.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for OP no.1.

                       

                Today the case was fixed for filing reply and consideration on the application for providing IMEI details/unit details alongwith job sheet/repair worksheet (if any) from the complainant and for issuance of notice to OPs no.2 and 3.

                At the stage learned counsel for OP no.1 suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised as the unit of complainant is out of warranty and OPs have raised an estimate, now OPs are ready to repair the mobile set in question free of cost as a goodwill gesture, subject to the condition that the complainant will deposit original job-sheet at the service centre of OPs within 15 days from the date of receipt of order.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for complainant suffered a separate statement to the effect that he is agree with the statement of learned counsel for OP no.1 and in view of the same he do not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of both the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
