  2. Shri Gautam Electronics & Furniture, Shop no.228, Railway road, Gharaunda, District Karnal, through its Prop/Authorized Signatory.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Vineet Kumar, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1.

                  

                   File taken up today, on the application moved by the both parties for permission to withdraw the present complaint in Lok Adalat. Power of attorney on behalf of the OP-1 filed.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-1 has suffered a separate statement that the OP-1 is ready to pay Rs.13,500/- of the invoice amount within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the deposit of old refrigerator with the service centre.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1. He agrees with the statement given by the counsel for the OP-1, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
