2. Sachdeva Enterprises (Authorized service center of Samsung India) at railway road adjoining DAV Women college railway road Karnal.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1.

                   OP-2 exparte vide order dated 31.01.2023.

 

                   File taken up today on the application moved by the both parties for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-1 has suffered a separate statement that the OP-1 is ready to pay 80% of the invoice amount i.e., totaling to Rs.1,20,000/- within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the deposit of old unit with the service centre.

                   On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1. Old mobile is already with the service center vide job sheet dated 08.11.2022. As per the statement given by the counsel for the OP-1. He does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
