1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt., Ltd., A-25, ground floor, front tower, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044, through its Managing Director.
2. M/s Madhuram Electronics, shed no.23, Ambica Industrial Estate, GD School, Saijpur-B, Ogha, Ahmedabad (Gujrat)-382345, through its Proprietor/partner.
3. : Madhuram Electronics, opposite Thakkar Nagar, BRTS bus stop, Chamak Lime, NH-8, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad-382350 (Gujrat).
3. M/s Deep Associates, shop no.20,21,22, Asa Ram Market, Karnal, through its partner/prop.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Nirmaljit Singh Virk, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1.

                   OP-3 exparte vide order dated 24.07.2023.

                  

 

                   Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-2.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-1 has suffered a separate statement that the OP-1 is ready to repair the mobile in question alongwith three months extended warranty, subject to the deposit of old mobile with the service centre. Twenty days time be given for repair of the unit.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
