               On 13.8.2021, complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdrew the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. On that date, quorum was not complete.  File taken up today as the  quorum is complete. Consequently, in view of the statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. File be consigned to the record room.
