27.1.2023 Present: Ms. Neena Rani Adv counsel for complainant.

Sh. Chander Bansal Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite party No. 1 and has suffered  a statement that we are ready to refund the amount of the mobile in question  bill amount Rs. 78499/- as full and final settlement of the claim within 45 days from the date of receiving the copy of order subject to handover the mobile set in question alongwith accessories in intact position as today without any further damage by the complainant. 

Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that I have heard the statement of counsel for opposite party No. 1 and agreed with the same  and the complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. 

In view of the statements of the counsel for the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are bound by their statements made before this Commission. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
