     Authority letter in favour of Sh.Jaswant Singh on behalf of complainant has been filed.

     The parties have entered into compromise. Statements of counsel for OP No.1 and the authorized representative of complainant have been recorded separately, which shall be deemed to be a part this order and the parties shall be bound by the same. The present consumer complaint is disposed off as per statements made by the parties.
