The Complainant and Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 have already suffered statements on 3.9.2015 regarding compromise. In view of statements made by them, the present complaint is accepted and the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to give new box packed mobile hand set of the same model to the complainant within 15 days from today. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs, under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
