ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. P. B. Joshi, Presiding Judicial Member

This appeal was lying in the sine-die list.  Thereafter, it was taken out from sine-die list and notices intimating today’s date fixed for hearing were issued to both the parties to the appeal proceeding through State Commission by RPAD at the instance of the Commission.  Notices issued to the Appellants are returned unserved with postal endorsement, ‘Left without Instructions’.  Today, none present for the Appellants.  Appellants did not take pains to furnish their correct present postal addresses when their addresses mentioned in the appeal memo were changed.  Latest correct postal addresses of the Appellants are not available with this Commission.  This Commission has no means to find out correct present postal addresses of the Appellants.  Thus, for want of latest address of the Appellants, it is difficult to secure the presence of the Appellants before this Commission.  This is an old appeal pending with this Commission since the year 1999.  It is not desirable to prolong the old appeal.  Hence, the appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
