          In view of the statement made by learned counsel for parties, complaint is disposed of subject to the condition that possession of the flat will be offered to the complainant on or before February 2019 and if the possession of the flat is not offered on or before February 2019, then the interest prayed in the complaint is allowed on the deposited amount.
