2.                Mr. Vishal Madan, counsel for the complainants made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint before appropriate authority as per law. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.               Present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainants. However, complainants are at liberty to file a fresh complaint before appropriate authority as per law. File be consigned to the records.
