The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The service of notice to the opposite parties is not completed for want of the correct address. The complainant is continuously absent since 22-11-2019. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite parties. The complainant failed to appear before the Commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.

Hence the complaint is dismissed as the ‘default’ of the complainant.
