                        Service of Ops is complete. Authorised representative for the Ops has filed his authority letter and has also made a separate statement in which he states that he tender a cheque bearing No.711193 dated 06.12.2017 amounting to Rs.5,075/- in compliance of order under execution and order under execution has been fully complied with. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.711193 dated 06.12.2017 amounting to Rs.5,075/- in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
