Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 08.05.2010. Complainant is not appearing for last two dates of hearing i.e. 17.08.2023 and 13.10.2023. Several opportunities have been granted to complainant to appear and address arguments. However complainant is not appearing. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
