                                 Leanred  counsel for the complainant has made a statement that as per the information given by his client that OP No.1 Saini Beej Bhandar has refunded of the receipt i.e. Rs.19,500/-, the value of the seeds which was purchased from the Op No.1. therefore, he does not want to purse the present complaint and withdraw the same.Heard. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
