Final Order / Judgement

                         The Complainant is present with his Ld. Advocate. The Opp. Parties have not contested the case inspite of receipt of notices. Hence, the suit proceeded ex parte against them. The Complainant examined himself as PW 1. His ex parte evidence is recorded on oath. Heard Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.

                         There is deficiency of service from the part of the O.Ps.

                        The O.Ps are directed to pay the awarded amount to the complainant in the Forum within 90 days from the date of the order failing which the awarded amount shall carry interest at the rate of 9 percent p.a. from the date of filling the case till realsiation.
