Today is fixed for making payment of proportionate punitive damage by the Jdrs. Today the Jdrs have paid a sum of Rs. 48,000/- towards punitive damage by issuing demand draft in the name of the President, DCDRF, North 24 Parganas, Barasat dated 22.01.2019 bearing No. 027414 of Rs. 48,000/-.The demand draft be handed over to the concerned person of this Ld. Forum.
In view of making the said punitive damage by the Jdrs hence E.A. being No. 187/2014 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
