                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of op no.3. However, the perusal of the file reveals that complainant has filed the present complaint against opposite parties seeking refund of his deposited amount/ maturity amount. In view of the order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in I.A. No. 56308 of 2023 in Writ Petition (C) No. 191 of 2022 titled as Pinak Pani Mohanty Versus Union of India and others, now the present complaint filed by complainant before this Commission is not maintainable. As such, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to apply for refund of his amount before Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. File be consigned to the record room.
