     Office report seen. The case is at preliminary stage. Counsel for complainant has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the first page of the complaint itself that he may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, as permissible under the law.
