ORDER PER SHRI B.A. SHAIKH, HON’BLE PRESIDING MEMBER. 1.          The complaint is taken on today’s board on the application of the complainant. Complainant- Ramprakash  Govindram Bhatia in person is present. Adv. Mr. Nalamwar for the O.P. is also present. Complainant and Advocate of the O.P. jointly filed pursis along with compromise memo, allotment letter and registration of new unit letter and payment schedule. Both the complainant and Advocate of the O.P. submitted that as per aforesaid documents both the parties have arrived at settlement. Therefore, the complaint may be disposed of in terms of joint pursis.   2.          We have satisfied that both the parties arrived at compromised as per terms of joint pursis filed today. In view of the said submission made before us, joint pursis and said documents, the complaint is disposed of in terms of joint pursis and settlement documents.
