Complainant tokes no step on perusal of the record it appears that the complainant his filed the case 23/04/2019 for claiming the rupees 42400/ maturity amount and 10000/ mental and physical harassment total amount 52400/ against the O.P Sahara India chaibasa branch and after admitit…the case issue notice against the O.P and when the case is fixed appearance of the O.P in the mean time complainant namely Deepak kumar agarwal physically present without date 28/06/2019 along with cheques no 127722 for rupees 43000/ issued by state Bank of India chaibasa branch date 18/06/2019 in favour  of complainant name Deepak kumar agarwal A/C no 20017275435 and complainant filed a petition that O.P has fully paid the said cheques amount of Rs43000/ and he has no any grievance agamid the O.P and on that basis he wants to dismissed the case.

The Said petition date 28/06/2019 it is clear that complainant Deepak kumar agarwal does not want to fight the case against the O.P because the O.P has already been paid the said amount through said ch. And photocopy of the said chques is on backside of the application of the complainant date 28/06/2019 which is kept on record. Under such circumstances discoursed above due to settled the dispute between the pasties out of the forum without appearance of the O.P complainant has fully satisfied against the O.P due to payment of Rs 43000/ through the said cheques and complainant want to disposed of the case hence the case is hereby dismissed in full and final satisfaction according to the said petition of the complainant with himself wrote the said petition forum without date of the case.
