                                                            ORDER

 

                             The ld.Counsel for OPs have paid to the ld.Counsel for complainant two cheques bearing No.562412, dated 6.2.2010 for an amount of Rs.3,48,976/- and No.562423, dated 10.2.2010 for an amount of Rs.35,314/- both drawn on Bank of Baroda, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh in compliance with order dated 28.10.2009 of this Forum.   However, the OP Company has deducted TDS on the aforesaid amount to the tune of Rs.13,560/- for which it will send the TDS Certificate to the complainant within 30 days from today. The statement of ld.Counsel for OPs has been recorded separately to this effect.  In this view of the matter, the complainant sought withdrawal of execution application.   Accordingly, the execution application stands dismissed as satisfied. 

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
