ORDER

            The applicant-complainant has moved the present application for release of Rs.13,525/-. It has been stated in the application that the applicant filed a complaint No.241/2010 with this Forum and the same was allowed. The OP preferred an appeal No.95/2011 in the Hon’ble State Commission and the same was dismissed. It has been further stated that the OP sent a letter dated 1.10.2011 to the Secretary of State Commission and a copy to the applicant/complainant that they have no objection if the amount, lying deposited with the Court, is withdrawn by the applicant. It is, therefore, prayed that an amount of Rs.13,525/- deposited with this Forum be released to the applicant/complainant (Asha Devi).

            Accordingly, the office is directed to issue a cheque of Rs.13,525/- in favour of the applicant-complainant Asha Devi and the same be handed over to her or her counsel against proper receipt and as per rules. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. Be tagged with the main complaint.
